NSFI is committed to improving the well-being of vulnerable groups and communities through sustainable health initiatives. Our programs support both elderly care and community health, ensuring that no one is left behind.
The Adopt an Elderly Home program of Nature’s Spring Foundation Inc. (NSFI) is dedicated to supporting the needs of neglected, disadvantaged, and ailing elderly individuals. Through this program, we help ensure vulnerable elderly residents receive the support and dignity they deserve.
This program supports foundations and organizations that care for older persons. In partnership with DSWD-registered NGOs, NSFI provides one-time livelihood projects based on assessed needs. These projects help meet the daily needs of the elderly and promote long-term sustainability within their communities.
NSFI partnered with World Vision and Bidlisiw Foundation to address child malnutrition and teenage pregnancy. Support for World Vision’s Positive Deviance/Hearth (PDH) program promotes nutrition and caregiver education, while the “AMUMA” project with Bidlisiw empowers young parents. These partnerships reflect NSFI’s commitment to sustainable, community-led solutions that build inclusive and resilient communities.
NSFI partnered with the Mandaue City Health Office and Love Radio Cebu to raise awareness on Non-communicable diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension through a localized Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign. By broadcasting vital health information on symptoms, prevention, and treatment over the radio, the campaign aims to empower Cebuanos with knowledge and encourage early health-seeking behaviors.
At Nature’s Spring Foundation Inc. (NSFI), we are committed to helping communities become safer and stronger in the face of disasters. Through our Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Program, we work alongside vulnerable communities to strengthen preparedness, reduce risks, and build resilience—ensuring they can respond effectively and recover with dignity.
